Get in shape for Spring! Strengthen and stretch your paddling muscles and improve your overall flexibility to be ready to enjoy a great day out on the water. This workshop will help you improve your balance, heighten your awareness and focus while cultivating a sense of peace and relaxation. No yoga experience necessary.
